Do I have access to the Datacenter?

  • Of course! With prior registration, you can always access the data center and your rack.

What happens in case of an issue?

  • Issues can be reported via the myPawHost interface. We’ll promptly handle troubleshooting. If there’s a hardware fault on one of your servers...

I want to colocate multiple servers – is that possible?

  • You can select multiple rack units when ordering. For larger orders, feel free to contact us by email or through the customer center.
